As an HR Generalist, I supported the HR team and plant leadership with talent development & acquisition, leadership development, change management initiatives, labor relations, and employee relations.

A founding VP and then president of the China Business Club. Our mission was to provide a sustainable platform for developing a more robust China oriented career network in the Marriott School of Management, as well as educate today's business students regarding China business. Since China is the 2nd largest economy in the world, it's hard to do business without doing business in/with China. I helped create the organizational charter and then helped grow the club from a small group of leadership officers to a total membership of nearly 30 dues-paying students within 4 months.
