• Played different roles in company’s sales/customer support function, working closely with internal technical team and customers to analyze needs and develop customer solutions. • Focus in precision vibrational feeding system in Semiconductor industry especially,• Integrated device manufacturer (IDM) (NXP, On Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, Infineon, UTAC and etc)• Equipment manufacturer (ASM, Multitest, MBLE, Ismeca, Genesem, SRM, STI and etc) • Involved in other industry such as Automotive, Watch, Electronics, Medical, Plastic Molding, LED and etc. Sales:-• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.• Understand the requirements and needs from clients.• Evaluate all enquiries,generate proposals and submit quotation to customer.• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.• Market analysis, plan and execute marketing strategy.• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.• Business development by travel region for new sales leads and maintain customer relationship.• Oversee regional sales (China, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Malaysia, and Jakarta) and managed regional sales team to achieve company’s sales revenue. Project:-• Prepare and monitor project cost budget to ensure project costs are in line with budget.• Co-ordinate between internal supporting departments as well as external suppliers.• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.• Organizing the various professional people working on a project
