In this contract, I worked on both an inbound call line in which I would book an in home covid test for people with disabilities or mental health issues as well as an outbound call line in which I would conduct daily health and wellbeing checks for people with covid.• I had to exert high levels of emotional intelligence, by finding solutions for those who were ineligible for our service but who still required further assistance, all whilst communicating calmly and efficiently on the phone with vulnerable patients.• I had to be engaging on the phone in order to keep the callers interested in the conversations whilst simultaneously gathering information and completing documentation.• I became proficient using Microsoft Office (specifically Teams and Excel) Genesys, Champ and Lync.
