In my role, I engage in person-to-person marketing at youth athletic fields and also execute direct marketing campaigns through email, social media, and print. Additionally, I provide one-on-one and small group training for youth lacrosse players, tailoring the training to meet each player's specific needs. While doing this I maintain long term, friendly relationships with parents to bolster repeat customers.

During this summer job, I focused on door-to-door sales to acquire customers. I also coordinated the acquisition and maintenance of equipment. Additionally, I was responsible for scheduling multiple clients and jobs on a weekly basis to perform services. Despite working long 10-hour days in the summer heat, I remained dedicated to providing quality service to our customers.

During the pandemic, I started my first entrepreneurial endeavor, a lawn care business. I engaged in door-to-door sales to acquire clients, coordinated the acquisition of equipment, and scheduled multiple clients and jobs each week to perform services. Despite the challenges, I successfully built the company, gaining valuable experience in business management and customer service.

In my previous role, I interacted with customers to ensure they had a positive experience. I also analyzed the actions of the owner and managers, aiming to acquire a similar position in the future. Additionally, I supervised both the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring smooth operations. I was responsible for coordinating orders from conception to delivery and managed money, including closing the restaurant.
