At Earls I was onboarded as a bar back where I tracked and logged daily bar resource use and prepped all supplies used for the bar tenders. In this position my fluency in Spanish came to use as I was used to translate interviews for Spanish speakers.

I worked in a team of 3 referees, focusing on making the game flow as it should and making sure the kids enjoy play. I had to deal with frustrated parents and coaches on multiple occasions and could handle those stressful situations extremely well.

My responsibilities were to coach and play soccer with kids around the age of 7, I worked in a team of other coaches and we set up the activities that we did for the day. Required planning and improvisation under potential stress.
