Researched and wrote proposals and grant requests to maintain and expand Thabyay Programs. This included developing new program ideas, timeframes, budgets and other details of the program. I successfully fundraised more than 5 million baht for Thabyay. Also, fully responsible for reporting to funders on all programs. Setup, wrote and developed the Thabyay website www.thabyay.org. Furthermore, provided IT support and troubleshooting for an office of 10 people working on both hardware and software problems. I was the officer in charge of Thabyay non-profit registration in the US. This involved registering with the US federal and state governments, setting up a board of directors, writing and improving Thabyay policies and budgets to meet government requirements.

Mae Sot. Taught and gave trainings on English, Human Rights and Politics. Coordinated closely with network leaders to ensure training were relevant. Co-wrote and researched a number of grant proposals which were successfully submitted to international donors. Edited, researched and wrote reports and press releases with the staff at both organizations. Lived with the groups for a period of six months to promote English speaking and cultural awareness.
