I also train on running promotions through dealerships to optimize CPRO (customer pay per repair order) and overall training in sales and service on process, procedure and execution of marketing plans, promotions and customer rewards programs to improve daily operations of dealership and maximize dealer profitability. In addition I coached dealerships in processes to optimize their customer satisfaction scores in sales and service (NSSI and NCSI). A message about the car wasn’t enough for the Audi A8 dealer training. Other worthy opponents have tried to crack the D-Segment with a product message and have come up short. To succeed, Audi wanted to make a larger statement. And with a training to focus on making the A8 culturally relevant, and to challenge the status quo in order to dethrone their competition. They reinvented their brand as a whole and it was my task to distribute their message with a focus on their customer interactions.

The Lexus Delivered tour was a in dealership product training for the launch of the new Lexus LX 470 and the Lexus ISF my role was as a Product Trainer included sales and service training on the vehicles to maximize the knowledge of the capabilities and technology of the vehicles prior to the dealership team receiving them.
