At Telequest I supported the databases and applications for the third party call center campaigns that the company ran. The clients we worked with were several top companies, Kmart, MCI, GE Capital, JC Penney, Pizza Hut, Radio Shack and many others.

Led Full Scale fire research and suppression work. This work involved heavy application of advanced statistic techniques, and scheduling and budgeting for a 40 person team, and $3 million+ dollar per year budget.

This position was created to use the new internet technologies that were just arriving on the scene. Using databases and dynamic web programming languages, I created the first intranet for Wright Labs.
