My role at Atom is wide ranging, covering sales, marketing and account management responsibilities. But the bottom line is I’m responsible for our clients, and helping them gain access to the SME market using our world-class business advice content. It could mean helping a law firm provide their clients with easy-to-access legal information, or building an online business resource centre for universities to help serve their students. Working with a wide range of clients spanning different sectors keeps my job interesting and challenging.My favourite part of my role is working on a project with a client, and seeing them happy with the finished product. The most important part of the process is to identify what the client needs, and tailor the product for them, rather than try to shoehorn in something we've already got on the shelf that might not be quite the right fit.
