• Oversee all development, costing and production related issues for the accounts I was responsible for.• Present product lines, generate sales and business volume with new accounts• Provide liaison and customer service to both new and existing accounts• Work with customers on new materials and design concepts• Train factory customer service staff how to properly follow up all customer requests• Serve as special advisor to company President and GM on all product and customer related matters

• Manage staff of 25-30 across Taiwan & China• Travel to factories in China 15 days a month checking quality, training QC staff• Hire new staff, establish training systems• Take active role in Product Development oversight, Give guidance and direction to direct reports from Product Dev, QC, Eng, & Costing Depts, • Negotiate all price and delivery with shoe factories and suppliers• Coordinate all leather and key material sourcing• Approve new vendors, establish contractual agreements• Manage Asia operations budget• Provide detail reports to principals on all facets of company operations
