I've got a good history in customer loyalty both with individuals and loyalty programs amongst the brands I have worked with. In my first store manager position at Bluenotes I had achieved top 3 rank across the brand and even been the top store in the customer loyalty program across the company, and always achieved the district goals for loyalty capture. Recently with Guess Factory I have helped increase my stores loyalty capture and loyalty sales penetration. I'm always ready to grow and be a better person today then I was yesterday!
