Duties:• Liaising with customers regarding matters pertaining to keeping the back office running • Verifying inventory calculations by comparing them physical counts or stocks and investigating discrepancies or adjust errors• Investigating outstanding sales transactions according to sales history every end of the month• Managing data entries for Daily Sales Summaries, Invoice Summaries and Credit Note (CN) Summaries• Performs monthly stock audits • Liaison with customers regarding Sales Matters – Clearance Sale (Internal)• Processing internal sales for office use• Processing cash sales orders • Conducting stocktakes, ensuring all stocks are in accordance to the system stocks• Processing inventory reports• Monitoring all stock movements in the business• Managing disposals of damage and defective stocks• Managing transfers of stocks from warehouse to warehouse within and out of the province• Creating new codes for new items in the business• Stock adjustments into pronto• Doing filing for all the operations • Managing and arranging shipments via DHL and TNT
