I am a passionate and experienced first responder, Firefighter and Paramedic. Currently, I fulfill roles as a prehospital care clinician providing Advanced Life Support in NYC working in the NYC 911 FDNY EMS System as well as a solo ALS Provider in Northern Westchester, NY in an ALS first response style system. It is my personal mission to bring evidence driven medicine and compassionate care to pre-hospital 911 EMS responses in high volume, urban and rural EMS systems in Westchester, NY, NYC, Washington, D.C. and Prince Georges County, MD.While working as medic I am completing Undergraduate coursework at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) in Human Science. My coursework keenly focused on Human Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Genetics, Pathophysiology, Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, Population Health and Epidemiology. Anticipated graduation May 2025. I am also enrolled in the Georgetown University School of Health (SOH) x Georgetown Graduate School for Arts & Sciences/GUMC Accelerated Master’s of Science (M.S.) degree program in Biohazardous Threat Agents & Emerging Infectious Diseases. I am seeking to integrate fundamentals of my undergraduate coursework with foundational principles of CBRN science, threat response and reduction, counterterrorism, homeland security and criminal justice.
