The Quality Assurance Coordinator (Quality Lead) advises and informs Project Manager or Site Management on Quality Management issues, status and metrics. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager while ensuring establishment and proper implementation of adequate control processes within the subproject PT, as stipulated in the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan. Monitoring and auditing implementation of PT Site Surveillance Programs and Contractors plans and procedures. Advises and informs Subproject Manager on Quality issues, status and metrics. Ensure establishment and proper implementation of adequate control processes within the subproject PMT, as stipulated in the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan. Develops and coordinates Subproject Audit Schedule, conduct site audits within sub-projects and assist PQM in conduct of project audits, as needed. Perform scheduled periodic Assessments of the Contractor's activities in order to evaluate and monitor implementation of Contractor’s quality management systems. Monitor, investigate, identify and resolve subproject quality issues. Evaluate Quality Metrics from Site, PQL and Engineering team and provide reports to responsible line management, PQM and Function, as required. Provide PT Quality training as stipulated in the Project Quality Plan and as required within the PT Develop Subproject Quality Plan, when required. Promote Quality awareness throughout the Subproject. Review contractors quality audit schedule, monitor contractor’s audit program, and participate in selected audits Review and approve contractor’s quality organizations. Interview contractor’s key QA staff and monitoring their performance Review contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements language. Review and approval of EPC contractor’s Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) Monitor and audit implementation of PT Site Surveillance Programs

 Support Design Engineering Services / Functions and installation stages of projects for assets Specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment’s and technical MRO suppliers and technical service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria.  Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications Review guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems for availability through the design detail history Professionally and systematically reviewed- defines, designs-review, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes: Value-added preventive maintenance tasks review, Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems review Follow up with visual and dimensional control of completed fabricated spools during installation Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation as production commence Review plan that will support, develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues. Works with Production team on board to review the plan to perform analyses of assets which including: Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Remaining useful life and Other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs
