My responsibilities as a Lot Tech at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted include driving and parking customer and company vehicles, providing friendly customer service to clients in need of assistance, and storing and locating car parts needed by service technicians.

My responsibilities in this position included stocking shopping carts, operating an electronic POS system to check out and assist customers, maintaining a clean and sanitary work space, and providing friendly customer service to shoppers.

My primary responsibility in this position was to reach out to potential clients via phone, text, and email and create appointments in-store. It was a competitive work environment by nature, and required me to practice good customer service and utilize sales strategies to create business and generate revenue.
