I have always been drawn to careers focused on providing a positive experience for others, whether that be in a rock climbing gym or physical therapy clinic. I enjoy making personal connections with coworkers and customers alike, and I relish any opportunity to learn something from anyone.I have extensive team and retail management experience through my time at Climb Murfreesboro. I have held a variety of positions there, and all of them have provided me with a broad skill set that can be applied anywhere. I have been retail manager, shift leader, front desk staff, and youth coach, sometimes all in the same week. I have learned flexibility, organization, and patience through the many roles I have.Previously, I was the business manager for WMTS Student Run Radio, where I managed the station's budget and helped plan fundraising events and concerts to drum up interest for student radio. I also hosted my own radio show, during which I honed my public speaking, computer, and quick thinking skills. Before that, I performed many duties as a scribe/clinic assistant at Forward Physical Therapy. I notated patient therapy records, performed intake for clients, and even facilitated the clinic's shift towards electronic notation software. This position required a high degree of multitasking, customer service, and fast learning.
