● Educate members on various site usage policies following violations● Perform risk reviews on selling accounts for inbound contacts to identify fraud● Set appropriate selling limits based on risk assessment

● Collect venue and promoter cut of revenue for merchandise sales● Generate accurate reporting of sales for tax reporting● Settle with event promoters

● Provide support for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace through inbound phone and email queues● Monitor server status● Troubleshoot servers when experiencing latency or downtime
