In this role, I've been able to hire a staff and bring our core ministries back into operation. As a team, we've worked to develop youth, children's, and worship ministries that each meet the church community's needs. Working closely with the senior pastor and the board of trustees, I've provided pastoral support to the congregation, preached on Sunday mornings when the need has arisen, and developed a healthy staff culture that has worked to rebuild the church.My long-form job description is 3 pages long, and can be provided upon request, but day-to-day responsibilities have involved managing the facility, budget development, financial forecasting, and equipping the staff to lead their respective ministries. Unfortunately, by November 2022, neither the church's finances or weekly attendance had re-stabilized to their pre-pandemic levels, and the ImpactKC board voted to wind down operations in December. From there, I embarked on countless test drives, promoted the brand at off-site events, helped to close hundreds of sales, and ran point on vehicle deliveries during peak times of the year. This variable workload afforded me the chance to work with nearly every side of our business, at one point or another.Following our grand opening, I trained all new hires and pioneered our local Inside Sales efforts. Averaging 70-100 phone calls per day, I organized aggressive campaigns to tackle the Kansas City market, as well as surrounding markets that lacked a Tesla presence. We targeted customers at the onset of their car-buying journey, and saw stellar results. Whether describing the complexity of the all-wheel- drive system to a client, or simply pairing their iPhone with the car's Bluetooth system, extensive product knowledge was central to my role.
