Converted and created all Bills of Materials for all product lines and variances with multiple weekly deliverables and continued support. Played a critical role in a BOM accuracy initiative across all manufacturing lines relating to Floor, ERP and Engineering BOMs. Lead and managed a small team of interns, hit weekly KPIs with high demand deadlines.

Created and initiated a ground up operation to expand on the potential market segment of Powerlifting in South Florida. Resulted in a massive expansion of membership and inevitable expansion of the facility. (300+ members EST 250k+/y impact). Conceptualized the design for an efficient layout of the gym. Facilitated the creation of a fully competition spec environment based on constantly evolving community feedback & assisted with design of apparel.Managed the project of hosting an annual powerlifting meet with over 200 people attending; creating and assisting the gym with marketing, promotion, equipment, meet logistics, P/L, and apparel for the competition while managing all 25+ volunteers and lifters. Gained insight on a variety of skills including, marketing, gym ownership, apparel design, project management, equipment acquisition, and community management. Set the foundations for Paradise Gym to be a powerlifting hub of South Florida hosting 4 competitions a year and multiple powerlifting seminars with a thriving powerlifting community.
