Working closely with the onsite and offshore teams, I provide security for systems and applications used by the business, such as crown jewel servers, business laptops, and cellphones. I also identify vulnerabilities in our environments and implement threat detection, using software such as Microsoft Defender, Carbon Black, and Azure Active Directory.

At The Home Depot, I successfully worked in multiple departments. I started in tool rental, providing customers with efficient and knowledgeable services. I had to learn and provide clear instructions on over the three hundred tools in the department. While in this department, I also became fluent in Microsoft Office. After exceeding in this department, I wanted a new challenge within the company and moved to Plumbing. I studied and absorbed as much knowledge as possible from my other associates with years of experience. This knowledge allowed me to provide customers with a clear direction within the department and desired products. One of my favorite parts of working for The Home Depot and working in general is to succeed and provide the best service I can.

At TK Elevators, I work closely with my team, resolving network security incidents and vulnerability management and using multiple different software, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Defender, to analyze and respond to incidents on our network. Work directly with teams from TK elevators, Microsoft, and Infosys to create solutions and maintain adequate security measures. Threat hunting, writing scripts, and detection rules to prevent adversaries from gaining access. Along with providing security service to the entire North American region.

Ran and operated chairlifts in a safe and efficient manner on a ski resort. Heavily involved in the customers experience, solving problems and keep customers, and team members safe. Able to operate heavy equipment at fast pace will providing instructions and information to customers.
