Co-Founded Company: · Created and executed both the firms business plan and marketing plan. · Initiated, developed and closed prospects; including individuals, endowments, banks and other institutions raising almost $100 million in new client assets. · Developed client communications and marketing materials (worked with lawyers for proper disclosure.) · Managed the firms compliance, legal and operational issues during the rapidly changing start-up of the firm. · Conducted clients reviews and quarterly communication. Responsible for explaining to and retaining clients during the very difficult small cap environment in the summer of 1998.
