On a daily basis support and cordinate LAN &Telecoms services for wide range of C&WW/ Vodafone customers covering NWH and OOH periodsLiaise,supported and work alongside Technical Specialist on customer LAN&Telecom refresh projects. Worked on customer site in NOC and Service Desk team.
