Providing deep and intimate knowledge of U.S. commercial real estate and capital markets to provide a distinct competitive advantage.• Integral member of Berkadia team increasing debt originations from approximately $3.5 billion in 2010 to $30 billion in 2020.• Lead originator on debt structures with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae (the Agencies), Life Companies, Debt Funds, conduits and Berkadia proprietary balance sheet and participation/shared or club funding loan programs. Full credit committee presentations, requiring risk reward & opportunity cost benefit another quantitative and subjective analytics. • Transactions include debt on performing and non-performing notes, loans on ground leases / leased fee interest, leasehold interest, and air rights. In depth knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae debt programs, capital structures, and requirements, • Operating with high levels of morals, trust, respect and integrity; originally employed as a Vice President, promoted to Senior Vice President, then Managing Director.• Established a trusted ability to execute highly complex equity ownership and structures with multiple partners/clients with more than $30 billion of commercial real estate assets owned.
