As a former chef, I have a passion for creating and delivering exceptional experiences for my customers. I bring this passion to my current role as a Enterprise Sales Development Representative at NinjaOne, a leading platform for Managed IT service providers. At NinjaOne, I connect with potential customers and demonstrate how our unified IT operations solution can simplify and improve their work. I use various sales tools and techniques, such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator, to generate and qualify leads, and to schedule and conduct product demos. I consistently achieve and surpass my monthly quotas and daily goals, and I have received multiple recognitions for my performance and customer satisfaction. Before joining NinjaOne, I worked as a Strategic Growth Manager at Bizzdesign, an enterprise architecture software company, and as a Sales Development Representative at Invicti Security, a web application security provider. In both roles, I developed and expanded my sales skills and network, and helped thousands of organizations achieve their strategic and security objectives. I have a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Austin, where I learned the art and science of cooking, as well as the business and management aspects of the food industry. I enjoy learning new things and challenging myself to grow personally and professionally.
