As an intern with the procurement operations department I was responsible for investigating and correcting unpaid/overdue invoices, updating, revising and reporting on used purchase order. I was responsible for implementing blanket purchase orders and standard purchase orders in accordance with supplier contracts. I was also giving the opportunity to work on various tasks within the department such as creating SOPs & WI. Some of the systems that I used and learned included Oracle NetSuite and Sage X3.

As a Distribution Supervisor with Coca-Cola during the summer of 2018, I was a part of the Coke One North America (CONA) implementation. At this time Coca-Cola in Canada was currently implementing nationwide ERP with SAP. Previous to CONA not all processes of the business were run by SAP. Some of the programs used before SAP that I learned included Basis and Moneris.
