As Facility Manager, I lead all aspects of BlueFit's operational delivery model at a site level, under the direction of regional management and BlueFit's site support team. I am required to work in accordance with systems, policies and procedures established for all BlueFit sites for day to day operations and service delivery.Key responsibilities include;-Work closely with department managers to manage all daily operational aspects of the centre, including rostering, customer service, programs, events and communications- Lead and manage all business, financial and operational aspects for the site to ensure participation is maximised across all programs, services and community initiatives- Ensure the centres environment meets quality, cleanliness and regulatory work health and safety and risk management standards- Provide effective leadership to all centre staff including the centres senior management team, casual employees and trainees- Build a customer focused, high performing team through effective leadership, regular communication and appropriate staff development- Identify, implement and review customer service strategies specific to the centre to improve service quality consistent with BlueFit's customer service charter and service standards- Ensure BlueFit's work health and safety and risk management systems are observed and complied with- Deliver projects in accordance with agreed scope, timeframes and budget

As Swim School Manager I was responsible for the day to day management of the Learn to Swim team, ensuring programs are delivered in a progressive, customer focused and methodical manner to ensure children are safe around water.The key responsibilities include;- Ensure the safe setup of pool deck for the learn to swim teaching staff and ensure a clean and tidy work area for the duration of the day- Build rapport and communicate with all members, including parents and children in the Swim School- Deliver and participate in all staff development and product training where required- Recruit and maintain rosters within the BlueFit guidelines- Strive to deliver the best customer service at all times- Ensuring a high quality of data is recorded where required to assist other team members in resolving potential customer issues- Continually plan for growth and consolidation, including staffing requirements and development plans- Administer the program within the delivery requirements, occupancy, pool space, and staffing ratios- Coordinate and assist with the delivery of school programs as required- Maintain a professional level of occupational health and safety including the documentation of hazards, incident reports and customer feedbackQualifications required/held;- First Aid- CPR- Pool Lifeguard- Working with Children's Check (WWC)- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
