I was a Team Lead for the Climate Change and Transparency team. The team's focus was on examining financial openness around Indian industrial development and protected environmental and indigenous areas. I coordinated meetings and communications with students and advisors and directed research.

I worked on qualitative research and data management related to illicit finance and global financial regulations, including KYC protocols and Hague rules. I contributed to a pool of research on compliance with regulations and the designation of financial institutions. I used problem-solving and troubleshooting to establish strategies to improve research clarity. Additionally, I participated in data science skills skills training and development.

Provided supporting research for a goal of lowering carbon emissions by providing a new energy solution for homeowners. Worked as Policy Intern supporting the Clean Energy for Biden Texas Policy team. Contributed to policy proposals, assisting in research support, and attending meetings of clean energy professionals and public figures about clean energy development strategy.

I was competitively selected from students across the University of Texas System to take part in a semester-long Washington D.C. academic fellowship program to accompany my internship work and develop my professional skills through Fall 2020.

I was selected to be one of the University of Texas' civic ambassadors in a year-long program that focuses on civic engagement, development and leadership in the Texas Community. As an Ambassador, I am required to complete an independently-led civic outreach project over the year to improve civic life in my community. This project is developed in coordination with the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life that provides leadership, workshops, and faculty mentorship. I also attend events such as the Texas Tribune Fest, the Annette Strauss Institute's events, and campaign bootcamps to enhance my civic knowledge and project development skills.

I worked within the lab of Dr. Gulbas to code qualitative data and interviews surrounding pre and post-natal care in order to analyze the effectiveness of health care providence to Latinx women.

I facilitated communication with prospective and current investors for a biotechnology startup focusing on cardiovascular surgery applications, managing event scheduling and development, dialogue, and follow-up, and assisted with various internal projects for prospective company developments.

I assisted in running a congressional campaign; coordinated events, communicated with donors, and performed financial research. I utilized NGP VAN software and financial records to collect donor and financial data for focused campaign efforts, and coordinated that work with a dedicated team.
