Undergraduate interdisciplinary research team focused on food waste. The team analyzed various writings dealing with the subject of food waste. Toured various facilities observing how food waste is done on a large scale level. Designed and executed an experiment testing the effects of both a traditional signage campaign and a social media campaign promoting the reduction of food waste.
