I am currently pursuing a double major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at York College of Pennsylvania, where I have maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA while concurrently working part-time at a pharmacy. My academic and professional journey is marked by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.My enthusiasm for engineering is not confined to the classroom. I thrive on engaging in hands-on projects, particularly those involving Raspberry Pis and Arduinos, which allow me to continually enhance my programming skills. My formative years were enriched by participation in robotics leagues under the esteemed organization, FIRST, from sixth to twelfth grade. This invaluable experience led my team and me to clinch two coveted spots in the World Championships, held in California and Detroit, in addition to five trips to the Pennsylvania State Championship. Throughout my involvement in robotics, I honed my proficiency in CAD software such as Fusion 360 and Autodesk Inventor. I familiarized myself with advanced manufacturing technologies, including CNC machines, laser cutters, and 3D printers.My dedication extends beyond the engineering realm. During high school, I successfully juggled several pursuits, including music and sports. I excelled as a trombonist, earning a coveted spot in District and County Band. Simultaneously, I demonstrated my athleticism by playing soccer throughout my high school tenure, securing a starting position on the team as a freshman.In my leisure time, I find solace in reading and channel my creativity into experimenting with Raspberry Pis to construct rudimentary robots. This endeavor has bestowed upon me the unique opportunity to acquire skills that have broadened my horizons, notably the ability to design a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) from inception and seamlessly integrate it into a mechanical design.I am deeply committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and am eagerly seeking opportunities to contribute my skills and passion to exciting engineering projects in the future.
