Group mates get to see the side of your work that goes beyond the standard skill descriptions that qualify an applicant for a position. A recent group mate, Carter Pennington, described me saying, "If Jackson sees you building a box around yourself, he will come over, rip the wall off the box and pull you from it." I do not just strive for creativity, I look to redefine creativity in all aspects of my designs. Innovation is the key to design and I am willing to look outside the box for inspiration. A successful design requires confidence in one's skills and the insight required to achieve the goal of the design, while creating something original and useful. I believe I bring these traits to the design table. I have studied internationally in an effort to expose myself to the cultural differences that must be considered when one designing for different demographics. I have varied interests in cars and bikes which have given me a working knowledge about mechanical processes. I have a sculpting background which is an asset to 3-D models. My visual acuity is also an advantage when designing within a computer program.
