Key responsibilities:- Inbound and outbound sales team reporting to the Sales Team Leader.- Prospecting to small, medium and large-sized businesses through outbound lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, cold and warm calling/email, new enquiry’s and referrals supplemented by a self managed pipeline.- Offered a range of products and services such as eftpos, eCommerce, banking and lending.- Managed the full sales cycle including planning, qualifying, identifying pain points, obtaining information and closing new deals to achieve and exceed individual targets.- Nominated Telstra champion, working closely with the Retail Partnership Manager to improve, provide feedback and implement strategies to better manage our partnership with Telstra.

Key responsibilities:- Managed day to day operations of the Hotel reporting directly to the Venue Manager.- Responsible for various outlets across the Hotel including the bar, bistro, gaming area, liquor store and function rooms.- Managed a team of staff ranging anywhere from 3 to 15 people during a shift.- Employee interviews, orientation and training.- Daily cash reconciliation/balancing.- Conflict and incident resolution/reporting.
