As an Operations Manager at Beam Mobility, I lead and manage the daily operations of the last-mile transportation service across New Zealand. I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of operational strategies, processes, and performance, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.With over four years of experience in the last-mile transportation industry, I have developed and honed my problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
