Serving two two-year appointments on a 13-member panel, the Enforcement Advisory Committee members serve in a technical advisory capacity to the Enforcement Staff of the CBA. We participate in investigative hearings, report findings and provide technical assistance and recommendations to Enforcement staff on open, closed, and pending, investigations or hearings with the Board.
