- Lead the IT Security Team to oversee the patch and risk management, and lead the IT Security Risk Assessment, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Testing, Risk Analyses, Audit exercise to ensure compliance with the policies and standards.- Responsible for developing and maintaining the IT Governance Framework, IT Risk Portfolio, Security Policies, and Guidelines.- Plan and implement adequate preventive, detection, consultation and control measures, including installing and using software for data encryption and firewalls- Manage the IT security of ALL Business Systems and Projects, such as ERP, CRM, POS, etc., desktop computers & mobile devices, IT infrastructure, IT operations, and Cloud service. - Conduct internal user training and activities to raise cybersecurity awareness.- Lead the incident response mechanism and drive the analysis of security incidents.- Analyze industry trends and cyber threats and make a recommendation for improving risk posture.
