Jackson Kaspari is the Resilience Manager for the City of Dover, New Hampshire, a position within the Planning and Community Development Department. Jackson began this role in 2022 and previously worked as the City's Resilience Coordinator and in various capacities as a University of New Hampshire Sustainability Fellow in 2018 and as a member of Dover’s Planning Board from 2018-2021. As the Resilience Manager, Jackson is focused on three major topics: energy, land conservation and environmental project review as he is staff support for Dover's Energy Commission, Open Lands Committee and Conservation Commission. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire.
