I’m a dedicated and hardworking professional with a strong background in the service industry, where I’ve honed my customer service and sales skills. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to providing excellent service, building relationships, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.In addition to my experience in customer-facing roles, I’ve also taken the initiative to create and grow my own landscaping and mowing company called JDlawns. JDlawns grosses over $10,000 each summer. With over 100+ clients a summer most of which are re-acquiring I have learned the value of customer service and doing things the right way and not cutting corners. This venture has not only provided me with valuable entrepreneurial skills but has also reinforced the importance of hard work, discipline, and attention to detail. In addition to the entrepreneurship skills, I have gained immense leadership and management skills through the hiring of my friends into JDlawns.My efforts allow me to pursue my passion for travel and experiencing new cultures, as I believe in the importance of broadening my horizons and gaining diverse perspectives. One of my favorite things to do when I travel is explore each cities unique connection with sports especially basketball.
