Helped Telefonica/Vivo to deploy their global network performance management solution.

Supported IBM Sales Team and IBM Business Partners (BPs) along the whole software sales cycle. Planned and performed demonstrations and proofs of concept of Service Management (Netcool Suite) and Endpoint Management (BigFix, MaaS360) solutions. Developed materials and classes to enable IBM's and BP's teams to leverage sales. Helped to assure quality standards in solutions designed by our teams in Brazil and in Latin America.

Worked on the design and implementation of 3rd-party ITSM solutions (IBM Netcool, HP OpenView) at major telecommunication service providers. Supported the integration of these solutions to legacy Enterprise Asset Management systems like SAP AM and Telcordia Granite. Supported, as a PMO member, the implementation of a service provisioning solution (Sigma Systems) at a nationwide cable TV, internet access and voice service provider.

Worked on the design and implementation of 3rd-party ITSM solutions (CA eHealth, IBM Netcool, HP OpenView, Cisco Wan Manager) at major retail banks. Supported the integration of these solutions to legacy Service Desk and Asset Management systems. Extended and/or customized native solutions to support legacy network equipment. Gave training classes and transferred practical knowledge on the operation and administration of such solutions to customer's teams.
