As a Specialty Sales Team Leader for a very busy Austin Target, I am heavily involved in nearly every aspect of the store’s day-to-day operations while specializing in the clothing, beauty, and tech departments. As a leader, I manage a team of 22 employees in order to satisfy the operational needs of the departments I oversee with high success.

As a destination services intern, I had a variety of tasks assigned to me, including:- Designing and distributing the monthly event calendars for the Destination Services department- Designing and implementing social media, online, and print advertisements for an array of different types of events- Analyzing and reporting social media metrics to create informed strategic media decisions- Designing and building websites for Buda events

Lead the marketing and advertising efforts for the home office which included email campaigns, mail outs, and direct calls. Quoted and sold a variety of insurances including housing, rental, and automotive. Processed claims and provided help with other insurance problems for our customers. Gained extensive experience in customer service, information systems, and traditional marketing campaigns.
