As the Manager of the IOC Strategic Alignment team, you will have a critical role in collaborating with key stakeholders across the IOC as well as partnering with customer experience, maintenance, finance, and technology to bring alignment to our priorities, support our technology strategy, and ensure we work together to achieve the IOC’s key initiatives and goals.The Manager will be responsible for directly and indirectly leading people and teams, coordinating on IOC’s portfolio of key efforts, providing guidance and support to reach agreement on key initiatives, identifying and framing issues, driving decisions across the organization, and monitoring/evaluating new opportunities.
