-My work focuses on reducing teen pregnancies, family planning, improving access to accurate information about sexual reproductive health and improving awareness of HIV and AIDS prevention, where i apply my specialist skills in public health and nutrition.-Community mobilization, organizing and participating in community sensitization Trainings, meetings, monthly planning and review meetings, mostly targeting youth in-schools and out of school (schools and Youth centers) across 8 districts with high prevalence in teen pregnancy supporting the dissemination of appropriate information on SRH and WASH. -Coordinating all workshops with HCC and other partners to review and validate the SRH content to be shared in schools and youth centers.-Coordinating all extension workers (health, agriculture, local government, gender and other NGOs) during the formation and management of youth centers and anti-AIDS clubs in schools.-Building capacity of the local health, SRH, nutrition and WASH community based structures in preparation for rolling out quality service delivery for attainment of desired objectives in line with the program objective.-Organizing Meetings with key stakeholders to share progress.-Providing support to Randomized Control Trials and other implementation surveys in schools, Pharmacies and youth centers. -Produce monthly reports to donors, detailing activities carried out and budget spent.

• Meeting with SFH target group/beneficiaries individually and in groups to inform them about the project, their ownership with roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders for a better implementation and achieve targets. • Closely coordinate with local government, community based organizations and beneficiaries, and others development organizations for smooth and successful project implementation• Organize and training of young people and adolescents on Sexual and reproductive health in relation to teenage pregnancy prevention. • Participate in different types of research aiming to test SRH tools in schools

-Coordinated Community Nutrition interventions of the USAID Funded integrated Nutrition and WASH activity in partnership with SNV and Young Women Christian’s Association of Rwanda, interventions were Aimed to accelerate the stunting reductions in Rwanda as well as providing the capacity Building of GoR structures at the decentralized level.-Analyzing factors that prevent effective implementation of nutrition policy in Rwanda-Assessing practical community perception of different types of foods, and cultural foods on specific occasions and how individual, social and cultural affiliations affect food choices in Ngoma District-Understanding and dealing with community perception of how food choices are driven by cultural factors rather than biological needs-Applying a literature research approach to analyze the existing or emerging nutritional problems and summarize findings and strategies for intervention-Providing knowledge on kitchen gardens and farmer field schools in communities of Ngoma District in fighting malnutrition and access to a balanced diet and economic growth
