Skilled law enforcement professional with a diverse work history focused on intellectual property crime investigation, crisis negotiation, and training. I have experience investigating complex, multi-jurisdictional cases and working closely with brand holders to protect the the public from counterfeit medication, medical equipment, and more. Additionally, I am an expert in de-escalation and crisis communication. I have experience gathering and analyzing intelligence during critical incidents. I have also served as a field training officer for new police officers on the street and a patrol tactics instructor for the Police Bureau's Training Division. Currently, I am a full-time Active Bystandership for Law Enforcement instructor with the Training Division.When not working, I enjoy baseball, hiking, reading a good book, and volunteering with Special Olympics.
