I was given the opportunity to shadow Dr. Hector Gonzalez and learn the dynamics of a family-care practice. I developed a better understanding of medical software, and practiced proper etiquette with patients. I saw mostly geriatric patients, and became further knowledgeable on medical matters such as diabetes, liver disease, and atrial fibrillation.

I had the pleasure of teaching CrossFit for a year underneath Coach Adam Rios. I developed an immense amount of confidence in my abilities to speak publicly. The practicality of my work environment allowed for my knowledge of fitness to grow exponentially. I created meaningful relationships with clients, and was consistently dedicated to their success within the gym.
