During my tenure as the head JV and assistant Varsity Coach, I had the privilege of leading a talented and dedicated group of young athletes through multiple seasons filled with growth, camaraderie, and achievement. Focused on fostering a positive team culture, I emphasized player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Witnessing the players' progress both individually and collectively was immensely rewarding.
