Primary responsibilities:- Qualification of leads generated from in-house and external marketing campaigns through in-store interactions and outbound calls.- Development and maintenance of strong working relationships with clientele to foster long-term business (account management).- Meeting and exceeding the organisation’s sales targets and KPIs in terms of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics.- Metrics: gross profit per hour, number of ‘new’ and ‘upgraded’ clients, multi-product sales etc.
