Prepare and cook food, clean the kitchen, assist customers in completing their order, drive and deliver orders to customers.

Operating pound butter packaging machines, performing sanitation on machines and palletizing.

Processing SAP and MES transactions for the department.Assisting in the BDA process to identify root causes. Perform duties in accordance with GMP principles.Maintain compliance with all required document training. Operate safely each day including usage of properPPE. Other duties as assigned.

Properly use and maintain facility equipment. Maintain residents’ rooms in neat, orderly and clutter-freemanner. Ensure residents are given correct diet. Support residents’ participation in activity programs. Directlyrespond, within scope, to needs and concerns of residents and family members including call lights. Ensureresidents’ right to privacy (visual and auditory). Provide resident care as directed by care plan and/or nursingstaff. Ensure residents’ comfort while assisting them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning.Participate in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and the plan of care. Providethe input to the Nurses for the development of the plan of care and information gathered from caregiving activities.

Schedule appointments with prospective and/or repeat donors via the telephone. Accurately notate calloutcome and dispositions in accordance with guidelines. Use good judgment to determine when a call shouldbe escalated to a supervisor for additional handling. Comply with calling and script requirements.

Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line. Complete all required documentation andscheduled quality checks. Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of the product. Make adjustmentsto Filler timing and filling as needed. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing. Ensure that the proper packaging materials areused for each product being produced. Ability to perform filler and filler line changeovers in a safe and efficientmatter. Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safework area. Responsible for adhering to food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meetall pertinent regulatory and customer requirements. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices. Learn and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.Follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures, and report any deficiencies. Perform other dutiesas assigned.

Perform security rounds inside the Hormel plant and outside in the truck yards, Check employee bags coming and going in the plant, act as middleman between truck drivers and shipping department. Provide first line response to emergencies and observe and report security issues and safety concerns.
