I operate as a liaison between clinical leadership and management in a position tailored to myself after advocating for quality-of-life changes throughout the clinic and changes in training for technicians. I additionally supervise all current RBTs at the clinic, answering clinical questions, providing training, and conducting monthly evaluations.
