• Develop and design wearable healthcare devices that are prominent leaders in undergraduate nursing simulation.• Use of CAD software (primarily Solidworks), additive manufacturing, vendor relation, and prototyping to generate high level prototypes that get refined into future product changes and new product development.• Project management leading both electronic and product design teams to complete product development.• Work closely with in-house manufacturing team to oversee new product rollout, transfer to manufacturing, as well as product changes and version updates.• Perform customer discovery interviews to gather and implement valuable feedback on new product development and product changes.• Assist quality department in customer facing meetings to identify and remedy any problems that arise during product use.Six Sigma Green Belt experience• Lead green belt projects internal to the company using the Six Sigma “DMAIC” approach.• Use of several strategies such as data analysis, root cause analysis, high-level value stream mapping (VSM), process control, as well as other six sigma tools.

• Assemble wearable devices from component level to full assembly based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Perform quality checks to ensure fully assembled devices meet all specifications and standards prior to shipment.• Work closely with Research and Development team to make any necessary changes to existing products and see a multitude of changes to completion.
