- Scheduled outgoing and incoming equipment, along with deliveries and pickups of said equipment- Answered phone calls, relayed messages, and directed calls to the appropriate departments based on the wants and needs of the customer- Updated price list spreadsheet and website with current equipment and pricing- Developed the correct prices of equipment rental by comparing to competitors pricing along with willingness of consumers to pay said price- Handled large and small exchanges of money through cash, check and credit cards- Placed supply and product orders for various items such as blades and other mechanical needs based off the requests of our mechanic and customers- Dealt with customers in-person and over the phone- Worked with customers on pricing and devised rentals that benefitted both the business and the customer- Facilitated the delivery of equipment by keeping drivers on time and in-check with where the equipment was going- Responsible for the buying, selling, ordering and marketing of various types of landscaping rocks sold on the property
