As a final year sport and exercise science student, I am passionate about coaching and training others to help them achieve their goals. I have a developed a specific skill set that includes managing both individual and large groups of athletes with different goals, and have specific experience in strength and conditioning coaching and athletic testing.I am currently undertaking an internship at Rookie Me, where I have assisted in the running of large athletic testing events for the AFL and other sporting leagues, clubs and schools. I have gained valuable experience in managing large groups and setting up for these events.I have previously undertaken an internship at ACE Performance where I was an apprentice coach, and gained experience developing and delivering individualised exercise programs to individuals of a wide variety of athletic backgrounds alongside experienced head coaches.I have gained strong soft skills such as communication, problem solving, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills through my experiences working in retail and playing team sports. As a result of this, I am capable of effectively fitting in to new environments, and I am a motivated and goal driven individual.
