· Negotiate price, quantity & delivery terms to exceed customer expectations· Deliver outstanding service while maximizing margin & creating a positive customer experience· Determine expense for delivery and transportation from various corporate logistic locations and fulfillcustomer needs such as providing technical specs & meeting delivery requirements· Evaluate customer needs to determine the ideal wire & cable solution· Stay aware of competitors' pricing practices and inventory availability· Coordinate and communicate product delivery and cost requirements to the key support functions tomeet scheduled shipments in a quality and cost effective manner.· Act as primary communication contact (internal and external) for all sales team members· Train, coach, mentor and review the work of less experienced personnel· Consolidate and analyze information from the sales team to develop the overall course of action for clientneeds in order to proactively identify issues and resolve them to maintain product delivery in a timelymanner· Make decisions on sourcing of materials based on customer needs· Use solutions with the most flexibility due to frequent changes in customer requirements· Work directly with the logistics team to ensure accurate scheduling and prompt delivery· Provide Management with profit analysis reports to adjust sales practices and improve performance· Independently provide options to create an efficient workflow of the overall sales process
